30 year conforming mortgage rates are averaging 4.78%, a decline from Monday’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.85%. The average 30 year mortgage rate in Virginia is slightly lower higher than the national. Current 30 year conforming mortgage rates in Virginia are averaging 4.80%.
