I just read your article regarding the new loan fees for 2012. I understand the timing of the fees being sometime before April 1, 2012 but wanted to know if an exact date has been determined yet. If so when are the new fees triggered; date you apply, date you’re approved, date of the closing, or something else? Who determines the date? Is it at all flexible prior to April 1?
