Plus, one thing to consider about comments found on any service provider online is that they will almost always be a disproportionately heavy on the negative side. People (consumers) expect things to go smoothly. And when things don&#039;t go smoothly they are likely to react...whereas if they did go smoothly that&#039;s what they expected, so they&#039;re not as likely to go post a positive remark somewhere...</description>
